The guest house
The house where you will stay in the inner city nearby the Grand Theatre is divided into common and private parties.
The units offer a choice of room Arguin, a large bedroom with en suite shower and toilet and subsequently integrated Ile aux oiseaux , a result of two separate them with a bathroom and shower and a separate toilet room.
All the rooms overlook an interior patio and Notre Dame and all are equipped with air conditioning.
“Arguin” room
A room at the entrance of the apartment, overlooking a fairly large (30 m²) patio in warm gray and green tones, equipped with a shower tiled same style with tile orange provence handmade; It has a king size bed, a flat-screen TV, a DVD player, a bathroom with shower and toilet integrated.
Suite “Ile aux oiseaux”
A suite of two rooms, one of 12 m²; overlooking Notre Dame, the other area of approximately 20 m² overlooking both the church and a patio. A shared bathroom between them with a separate shower and bathtub. The two twin beds in the smaller bedroom can be pushed together and a double bed 160 wide for the large, and a flat screen TV in both bedrooms. The set of two rooms can be occupied by 4 persons.
Live parts
The live parts, placed at the disposal of guests are lined with stretched fabric (Pierre Frey) and give the kitchen with all transparency on the patio.
In winter, you can enjoy the lounge in front of a beautiful wooden fireplace and the beautiful season completely open on the patio away from the noise of the city center where you will stay yet in the heart space.
An access to internet (WIFI) is available to occupants.
